A limited one-year warranty (“Warranty Period”) is standard with all ShockWatch Equipment
Monitor units and software. The Warranty Period begins on the date of product shipment.
Repair for functional failures and/or cosmetic touch-up for units out of warranty is
available on a time-and-materials basis.
Terms of One-Year Limited Warranty
All ShockWatch Equipment Monitor products (including software) are covered by a limited
warranty for a period of one year (“Warranty Period”). The Warranty Period applicable
to each such product sold by ShockWatch shall commence on the date such product is
shipped. ShockWatch warrants that during the Warranty Period each Equipment Monitor
product shall:
Be free from defects in materials and workmanship; and
Perform in compliance with ShockWatch’s published specifications for such product (the “Limited Warranty”).
If a product covered by the Limited Warranty proves to be defective in materials or workmanship, or fails
to perform in compliance with its published specifications, during the prescribed Warranty Period, return
the product to ShockWatch and we will repair or replace it free of charge (see return policy below).
THIS IS YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY BREACH OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY AND SHOCKWATCH’S SOLE AND
EXCLUSIVE OBLIGATION TO YOU HEREUNDER.
Misuse, mishandling, modification, accidental impact, cosmetic disfigurement, use in unsuitable operating
environments, use in connection with third party products not provided by ShockWatch, abuse of or tampering
with a product may void the Limited Warranty.
THE FOREGOING LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LEIU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND/OR REMEDIES OTHERWISE
AVAILABLE TO YOU AND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SHOCKWATCH HEREBY EXPRESSLY
DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES
OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
Repair for functional failures of products which occur outside the Warranty Period or which are excluded
from the Limited Warranty as provided herein, and/or cosmetic touch up for products not covered by the
Limited Warranty, are available on a time and materials basis.

Return Policy
**PRIOR TO UNINSTALLING THE UNIT, PLEASE CALL OUR TECH SUPPORT OFFICE FOR DIAGNOSIS**
Prior to shipping a damaged unit or corrupt software to ShockWatch for repair or service, contact our
customer service department at 800-466-0101 or 1-940-549-4214 (outside the U.S.) between the hours of
7:30 am and 4:30 pm CST to provide a detailed explanation of the problem and receive a Return
Authorization Number (RAN) and Form. The RAN must be noted in the left-hand corner of the address
side of the package. Please repackage the units carefully and include a proper return address and
contact name, especially if the unit is to be shipped to a field office. Send all materials freight
prepaid to the following address:

All non-warranty maintenance and repair charges will be based upon time and materials, with a minimum
charge of $45.00 per unit.If a unit under warranty cannot be repaired, ShockWatch reserves the right
to replace the unit. The replaced unit may not be new, but will be in good working order. Prior to
service or repair, ShockWatch will notify you of any non-warranty costs involved and will not begin
such repairs until a purchase order is received from you. All warranted repairs will be returned at
ShockWatch's expense.
